Numbers 29:23-25

²³ And on the fourth day ten bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish;

²⁴ their presents and their drink offerings with the bullocks, with the rams, and with the lambs shall be according to their number, according to the law;

²⁵ and one he goat as the sin, besides the continual burnt offering, its present, and its drink offering.
